On his way to camp in the forest, young boy Sean (Rick Schroder) is involved in a terrible car accident with his parents, resulting in the tragic death of both. Whether it's a blessing or a curse, Sean survives. In the vast wilderness, the little boy wanders alone. This is all witnessed by Patrick (William Holden), who is fully aware of his terminal illness and knows that his time is limited. He comes here hoping to find peace and rest on his homeland. Thus begins the journey shared by Patrick and Sean, one heading towards rebirth, while the other towards an end. Throughout the journey, Patrick continuously teaches Sean the skills needed to survive in the jungle, while Sean learns and sharpens his inner self. With two destinations on this journey, will they both reach their respective goals?
