The male lead, played by "Captain America," is downcast after a romantic setback and no longer believes in love. However, at a charity gala, he pretends to be a philanthropist and unexpectedly meets the female lead who makes his heart race, but unfortunately, she is already engaged. To win her heart, the male lead pretends to be just a regular friend while courting her, and naturally, his friends help him out during the pursuit. One of them is his good buddy "Falcon" from "Captain America: The Winter Soldier." In the trailer, their banter and comedic interactions momentarily take you out of the scene. This film marks Chris Evans' return as the male lead in a romantic comedy after "What’s Your Number," with his character still embodying the charming and wealthy type. Throughout the courting process, he makes several foolish "rookie" mistakes, leading to a series of hilarious misunderstandings.
