Clea DuVall as Kerry, Shea Whigham as Tony, Timothy Hutton as Clafford, and Nick Cannon as Paul are four strangers who are invited to participate in a test. After filling out a long and boring questionnaire, a guy claiming to be Dr. Philip (Peter Stormare) appears before them. Philip takes away all the volunteers' belongings and claims that each person will receive $250, but first, they must stay in a locked room for 30 hours and compete in an elimination contest, with only the last survivor allowed to leave the room.
