University student Kyouka (played by Erika Sawajiri) discovers a diary left by a former tenant when she moves into a new apartment. Busy with her studies, Kyouka doesn't think much of it. Until one day, she encounters a man who seems familiar; this man, Ishihiryuu (played by Yusuke Iseya), had seen her when she moved in. This time, Ishihiryuu comes to the store where Kyouka works to find a satisfactory fountain pen. Then, the two meet again and again, and Kyouka realizes she has developed feelings for Ishihiryuu. At this moment, Kyouka remembers the diary, and when she opens it, she discovers it belongs to Teacher Ibuki (played by Yuko Takeuchi). The diary recounts the relationship between Teacher Ibuki and her students, as well as her love for a man named Takashi. Strangely, the last page of the diary is torn out. The more Kyouka reads, the more curious she becomes about the contents of the diary, especially about the man named Takashi. As Kyouka's feelings for Ishihiryuu deepen, she finally learns why they always seem to run into each other and uncovers the secret hidden in the last page of the diary.
