Four years ago, Rumi Kusunada (played by Riko Narumi) from the Yinxing High School drama club had a dispute with a senior, and subsequently quit the club in anger. She planned to form a new theater troupe with her close friends Mako Kurasu (played by Mayu Kusakari) and Riko Kitabatake (played by Ayaka Morita). Soon, they recruited another student from a different school with exceptional acting skills, Ran Ejima (played by Shiori Kutsuna), and the girl’s theater troupe named "Compass" was thus established. Although the conditions were tough, the girls, united by their shared passion for performance, overcame various difficulties as they pursued their common dream. However, soon after, one of them met with a tragic end. Four years later, a newcomer actress named Muriya is invited to star in a film adapted from the "Compass" incident, and she has intricate connections to the original "Compass" group... This film is based on the original work of the same name by Oumi Mizuumi. Kutsuna Shiori won the 2011 Film Monthly Rookie Actress Award for this film and "The Past Me."
