Ooarai Girls High School won the championship at the 63rd National High School Sensha-dō Championship, but the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology went back on its promise and decided to close down Ooarai High School anyway. However, the officials have given Ooarai one more chance: they are to face off against the university selection team. Unfortunately, the university selection team is much stronger than an average high school sensha-dō team, and they use more advanced tanks; moreover, their captain comes from the prestigious Shimada family of the Nishizumi style... Nevertheless, Miho and her friends receive support from the sensha-dō teams of various schools to fight alongside them in order to protect Ooarai High School.
