In 1943, the situation on the European battlefield is mysterious and unpredictable, with the alien army from Cartland rampaging unchecked, casting a shadow of terror and death over the world. At a critical moment, a group of girls rises to the occasion, engaging in a desperate battle against the evil army. These girls are known as "Witches," and since ancient times, they have charged into battle, fighting with the magical powers hidden within them against various monsters threatening human existence. Under the cover of mechanized airborne infantry formed by the Witches, the alien army is ultimately defeated, and these girls retreat to scattered locations around the world. Among them is the beautiful girl Yoshika Miyafuji (voiced by Misato Fukuen), who returns to her homeland, the Empire of Fusō, with the goal of becoming an excellent doctor. One day, the top student of Fusō Naval Academy, Shizuka Hattori (voiced by Aya Uchida), visits and invites Yoshika to study abroad in the Principality of Venezia in Europe.
