One day, Nobita (voiced by Megumi Ohara) accidentally discovers a teddy bear that his grandmother made for him in his childhood. He then begs Doraemon (voiced by Satoshi Matsuda) to take him back to the past to visit his late grandmother (voiced by Nobuko Miyamoto). After reuniting with her, his grandmother hopes to see Nobita grown up and married. Promising his grandmother, Nobita and Doraemon return to the future, but on the day of the wedding, everyone is present except for the most important groom, adult Nobita (voiced by Masaki Suda). In a panic, Doraemon has Nobita disguise himself as his adult self to marry Shizuka (voiced by Yumi Kakazu). But where could the real adult Nobita have gone?
