The story takes place when Saitama still had some hair. On this day, wearing a blue tracksuit, he was chasing the Arrow Poison Frog Monster who had stolen something, but accidentally tore his pants in the process. With no other choice, after defeating the Arrow Poison Frog, he sought help from a kimono shop owner he knew, bringing his damaged clothes. Noticing that he kept wearing the same tracksuit, the owner enthusiastically recommended a visually striking kimono dress set to him. Saitama strained his brain but finally managed to decline. Meanwhile, the kimono shop, remaining in a decaying shopping street, was facing the danger of being encroached upon by criminals.
