Masumi Chitō (played by Yutaka Matsushige) is a teacher at a high school. He has a stern and serious personality, leading to a very distant relationship with his son Katsuaki (played by Umi Inoue), to the point where he has no idea what Katsuaki is busy with all day. One day, Chitō receives unexpected news about an accident involving Katsuaki. When he rushes to the hospital, he finds his son completely unconscious and in a coma. At this critical moment, three cute girls dressed in idol costumes suddenly appear before Chitō. They are an undebuted underground idol group, and their manager is none other than Katsuaki. With Katsuaki gone, the idol group faces the threat of disbandment. Moved by the vitality of the three girls, Chitō decides to take over his son’s work and become their producer.
