This is an era of warring states for idols, centered around the popular idol group I-1 Club, where entertainment companies and artists engage in fierce competition. In stark contrast to the bustling and vibrant Tokyo entertainment scene, the small company Green Leaves in Sendai faces its toughest challenge. After the company's last artist jumps ship to Tokyo, president Yoshiko Taneshita (voiced by Nobuko Hidaka) becomes furious and devises a plan to replicate I-1 Club, teaming up with rookie manager Kohei Matsuda (voiced by Shintaro Asanuma) to hit the streets in search of future stars to cultivate.
