In the semifinals, Shūtoku faces Rakuzan. Struggling against Akashi's "Emperor Eye," which allows him to predict the opponents' movements, Shūtoku counters with a collaborative play between Midorima and Takao, taking the fight to Rakuzan as a united team. However, Akashi ruthlessly crushes even their slightest hope... The finals are set with Seirin vs. Rakuzan. Kagami enters the "Zone" right after the match starts, but Akashi easily suppresses him.
