David Chappelle is currently the most popular Black comedian in America, a quirky guy who has hosted major awards such as the Grammys and the Oscars. His countless stand-up shows have been exceptionally popular in the U.S. Like many impoverished Black children from the Brooklyn neighborhood, these artists mentioned above have had similar experiences. Now that they have become wealthy and successful, they all share the same idea: to return to the neighborhood and perform for their old friends. Thus, they tour the U.S. performing on the streets, in places they are familiar with.
