In the year Universal Century 0087, the turmoil of war in the Earth Sphere had reached its peak. During the internal conflict between the elite Federation organization "Titans" and the anti-Earth Federation organization "AEUG," Quattro (Char), who took command of AEUG, the "man returned from Jupiter" Scirocco who plots to make Titans his own, and the leader of the remnants of the Zeon force "Axis," Haman Karn, who advocates the restoration of the Zabi family, all vie for supremacy in the Earth Sphere.
