One summer in a certain year, Mitsuru Mihawk (voiced by Akira Kamiya) bought a somewhat unreliable yacht from somewhere and warmly invited the apartment manager, Kyoko Inuna (voiced by Sumi Shimamoto), to go out to sea. However, this date ultimately turned into a large apartment gathering, with Yusaku Godai (voiced by Kazunari Tanaka), Yotsuya (voiced by Shigeru Chiba), Akemi Roppongi (voiced by Yuko Mita), and Hanekawa Ichinose (voiced by Kazuya Aoki) all joining in. On the yacht at night, the friends sang and danced, while Godai and Mihawk secretly competed against each other. Just then, the deck suddenly cracked open, and seawater rushed into the cabin. After a tremendous struggle, they finally escaped to a small island. As time passed, they drank and enjoyed the moment of joy, unaware of when they would return home... This film is adapted from Rumiko Takahashi's original work of the same name, and is the OVA version of the TV animation.
