In a coastal town, Natsu Dragneel (voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara), Lucy Heartfilia (voiced by Aya Hirano), Gray Fullbuster (voiced by Yuichi Nakamura), and others from the "Fairy Tail" branch of the mage guild accept a commission to capture the leader of a thief gang, Kiss. After an intense battle, although Natsu and his friends defeat most of the gang members, Kiss manages to escape in front of Lucy. Disheartened, they return to headquarters, while Lucy unexpectedly saves a mysterious girl named Eclair (voiced by Aya Endo) along the way. Eclair, who has lost her memory, holds a half of the Phoenix Stone and vaguely remembers needing to go to a forest. Natsu and his friends decide to help her, only to find that they are constantly attacked by enemies during their journey, with their goal being the half of the Phoenix Stone that has sparked countless conflicts...
