Lee Ming-hoon (played by Choi Sung-hyun) has a father who was a South Korean spy, who died unjustly due to being framed. As his children, Lee Ming-hoon and his sister Hye-rin (played by Kim Yoo-jung) faced brutal treatment from the authorities, being suspected of colluding with the enemy, both ended up in dire straits. In order to protect his beloved sister, the kind-hearted and upright Lee Ming-hoon was forced to take over his father's work and become a cold-blooded spy. He underwent harsh and rigorous training, after which he disguised himself as a high school student to infiltrate South Korea, solely to assassinate a tech specialist known as the North Star.
