As a Toei V animation (OVA), "Gokuu" (hereafter referred to as "I") and "Gokuu II" (hereafter referred to as "II") were released in two volumes on VHS and LD by Toei Video in 1989. "I" adapts the episode "Yoko" from the original first story, while "II" visualizes the episode "Ryouko." A DVD titled "MIDNIGHT EYE Gokuu Complete DVD" was released on April 21, 2008.
