Jousawa Tou (voiced by Yoshitani Masakazu) is a seemingly fierce blond delinquent, but deep down, Tou is very disgusted with his own personality and actions. One day, he is suddenly approached by a strange girl named Dahana Yuu (voiced by Hirohashi Ryou), who claims to have a connection with him from a past life. Yuu is a typical electric wave girl, who loves manga and figures, and has her bangs covering her face year-round. Initially, Tou strongly resists Yuu's aggressive advances, but as she persistently pursues him, he gradually begins to accept her ghost-like presence. It’s strange, but ever since Yuu appeared, bizarre and brutal consecutive murder cases have begun to occur around Tou, and the clues to these events all point to the eccentric behavior of Yuu, making Tou suspicious of her identity. As the investigation deepens, Tou discovers that the truth is indeed intricately linked to Yuu, revealing a tragic story about the distortion of human nature.
