Three years ago, the spacecraft Orion crashed in Academy City, leading to a severe tragedy, which also prompted the construction of the space elevator Endymion. On the eve of Endymion's completion, Touma Kamijou (voiced by Atsushi Abe) and Index (voiced by Yuka Iguchi) reveal the singing-loving girl Arisa Ichijo. With dreams in her heart, Arisa finally gets a chance to audition after continuous study and effort, and she may sing at the celebration of Endymion's completion. That night, Touma, Index, and Arisa are attacked by the magicians led by Stiyl. The intervention of the Academy City's Order Maintenance Corps undoubtedly marks the impending full-scale war between the magic side and the science side. What powers and secrets are hidden within Arisa...? This film is adapted from the light novel by Kazuma Kamachi (story) and Kiyotaka Haimura (illustrations).
