The Peacock is entrusted with protecting the "Hidden Statue of the Eight Benevolent Deities" at Kōfuku-ji in Nara. While the statue is not widely known, someone is targeting its existence. The Peacock then discovers that the "Asura Statue" among the "Hidden Statue of the Eight Benevolent Deities" contains the most powerful demon ever sealed. To prevent the demon's resurrection, the Peacock's battle begins.
