The new comedy show "Moonlight City" describes the handsome but foolish detective Dazzle Novak (Rob Lowe) trying to rid the streets of crime with the help of policewoman Chrysalis Tate (Kate Mara), but he is unlucky in everything—especially when he encounters his arch-nemesis Rad Cunningham (Will Forte).
