Ellie (played by Peyton List) and Jack (played by Jacob Bertrand) are two ordinary middle school students, facing the same troubles and complaints as most of their peers. By chance, they meet in the school nurse's office. Through text messages, they become close friends, sharing every detail of their lives. As time goes by, their phones gain a magical power due to the emotions they carry. Ellie and Jack have always envied each other's lives, and the magic of the phone allows them to fulfill their dream of switching bodies.
