The story takes place after Milo (voiced by James Arnold Taylor) and Kida (voiced by Cree Summer) stay in Atlantis. When several cargo ships are attacked in the waters north of Atlantis, the two embark on an investigation along with an expedition team, only to discover that the attackers are not mechanical lobsters, but rather other mysterious forces. After overcoming this crisis, Kida decides to find out how to make the most of the magical crystal. She, along with Milo and the expedition team, sets off on a journey hoping to uncover the mystery behind the events.
