During the meeting of key officials controlling the future of Japan, they discussed the "SIMPLE PLAN" targeting the hunting of SPEC holders, with the mysterious third prophecy of Fatima also mentioned. A few days later, members of the government secretly executing the hunting plan suddenly turned into mummies and died on a yacht.
