The annual autumn festival in the fairy world is just around the corner, coinciding with the rare blue moon harvest year, which requires the creation of a brand new sapphire scepter. The fairy Tinker Bell (voiced by Mae Whitman), responsible for the repair work, is unexpectedly appointed as the supervisor for this scepter production. Although her hot-tempered nature causes her to argue and fall out with her good friend Terence (voiced by Jesse McCartney), she accidentally breaks the sapphire and feels that disaster is imminent. By chance, Tinker Bell learns of a legendary mysterious island where a magic mirror is hidden, which can help grant a wish. Determined to secretly go to the mysterious island in hopes of retrieving a sapphire, Tinker Bell discovers another priceless treasure on this thrilling journey... This film is the second installment in Disney's "Tinker Bell" series.
