Detailed introduction

This film (drama)Also known asFantastic Voyage,is aUSAProducerwomen sex,At1966Released in year 。The dialogue language isEnglish,Current Douban rating7.9(For reference only)。
The first science fiction film to use shrinking technology to explore the human body, and a precursor to "Fantastic Voyage." The story follows a Soviet scientist who escapes from the screen to America, as he is on the verge of death due to a spy's sabotage of his cerebral blood vessels. Five American doctors are shrunk to a fraction of a millionth their size, placed on film, and injected into the scientist's body to perform vascular surgery. This film presents an innovative concept, opening new horizons for the science fiction genre. The visual effects of internal human landscapes are inspired, but unfortunately, the special effects of the 1960s were still not sophisticated enough, leading to moments that may seem laughable to today’s audiences, though this does not detract from the film's rich entertainment value. Director Richard Fleischer delivers a smooth narrative and has won two Academy Awards for Best Art Direction and Best Visual Effects.
