This work, planned and conceived by Kōsuke Akimoto, follows the mysterious former doctor with a prosthetic arm, Tetsuya Noda, and a 10-year-old girl with extraordinary surgical skills, Yui Terashima, as they undertake secret surgeries for patients with complicated backgrounds on the condition of "100 million yen in cash and chocolate."
