"Brain Collaboration" is a comedic crime investigation drama centered around two men who can't seem to kill each other, anxiously solving crime cases related to rare brain diseases. Neuroscientist Shin Il-chan, who possesses a "very special brain," collaborates with detective Kim Myung-se, who has a "fool's brain." The story conveys a whimsical chemistry of banter, intense laughter, and relatable messages through intriguing and fascinating brain disease incidents. Firstly, Jung Yong-hwa will portray Shin Il-chan, a third-generation wealthy heir born with a silver spoon in his mouth, inheriting a vast fortune and harboring a "very special brain." In the drama, Shin Il-chan is a principled character unafraid of burdens like law, money, women, loneliness, and death, acting and speaking according to his beliefs. Conversely, he shows no mercy towards those he considers trash. Cha Tae-hyun will take on the role of detective Kim Myung-se, who possesses a "brain of altruism" with a lethal charm of goodness.
