The story takes place in a fictional city named Hellsalem's Lot, where a distortion in space-time connects the other world with the human world. The ancient race known as the "Blood Blockade" from the other world descends, posing a significant threat to human safety. To maintain world peace, a secret organization called "Libra" operates secretly. Leo (voiced by Daisuke Sakaguchi) is an ordinary boy who accidentally joins Libra and becomes a part of their mission to eradicate evil. He meets friends like Klaus (voiced by Rikiya Koyama), who appears rough but has a gentle heart, the cheerful and smooth-talking Zap (voiced by Kazuyuki Okai), and the seemingly ordinary yet secretly a werewolf, Chain (voiced by Yu Kobayashi). These like-minded friends usher in a different chapter in Leo's life.
