Haruna Yuu (voiced by Kobayashi Yuusuke) is an ordinary boy who has just moved to Tokyo. He is quiet and introverted, relying on his phone to express his thoughts and feelings, which makes him appear as a "low-head" person always glued to his device in the eyes of others. By chance, Haruna Yuu encounters a girl named Akizuki Fuka (voiced by Lynn) who is completely different from him, as she doesn't even own a phone, which surprises Yuu greatly.
Fuka is the lead singer of the band "The Fallen Moon." At her invitation, Haruna Yuu joins the band as a bassist, and a budding romantic feeling begins to develop between them. Meanwhile, Yuu reunites online with his childhood friend, Koyuki (voiced by Sayaka Sawatari), who has now become a famous idol singer in Japan.
