The story takes place in a distant galaxy on a planet called Asdamu. Munis City, known as the "Eye of the Moon" due to the floating moon in the sky, carries the dream of all Munisans to one day reach the moon. Here, a type of robot called "Big Foot" is very popular, and while it can be used in various ways, young people prefer to use it in a competitive sport called "BFB." Dan (voiced by Hiroshi Shimozaki) is an ordinary young man living in Roland Town. Unlike most people, Dan harbors a strong aversion to robots because his sister Coco (voiced by Kana Hanazawa) lost her legs due to a robot. By chance, Dan meets a girl named Miranda (voiced by Shizuka Ito), who leads him to drive a Big Foot. In doing so, Dan rediscovers long-lost joy and develops a keen interest in the sport of BFB.
