Nakahara Suina is a 15-year-old middle school student who doesn’t like to dress up or wear makeup, loves watching horror movies, and collects horror items. She also has a strange reaction: whenever she sees handsome guys or beautiful girls, she bleeds uncontrollably. However, in order to completely change her, Suina's aunt brings four super handsome boys—Takano Kyohei, Oda Takechika, Morii Ranmaru, and Toyama Yukinojo— to live with Suina in her mansion. Suina’s aunt promised that if they manage to transform Suina into a lady, they can live in the mansion for free for the next three years.
