"Demon Eye Madness" is adapted from the manga of the same name serialized by Akira Kasukabe in Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1999 to 2006. The pharmacist, Kyosuke Mibu (voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi), who carries medicine and wears a taichi outfit, is wanted by the authorities for eating without paying, with a bounty of 100 mon on his head. The "Bounty Huntress" Yoya Shiina (voiced by Yui Horie) tracks Kyosuke for that 100 mon and, as expected, successfully captures him. Unfortunately, during transport, they are attacked by Kyosuke's former enemy. In the battle, Kyosuke unexpectedly reveals a personality that Yoya has never seen before, belonging to the notorious criminal who has killed thousands—Demon Eye Madness. It turns out Kyosuke Mibu once had a duel with "Madness," whose true body is sealed in ice while its soul is attached to Kyosuke. The story unfolds from here...
