The story takes place at the prestigious private school Fujisaki Girls' Academy, which is filled with elegant young ladies. The character known as the "wild beauty," Riko Kurahashi (voiced by Aimi Numakura), has a boyish wildness and a strong sense of justice. One day, she accidentally stumbles upon a secret of the student council president, Natsuo Maki (voiced by Chinatsu Akasaki). This beautiful and intelligent president, known as "Lady Fujihime," is not only a trusted assistant to the teachers but also an object of admiration for many. However, she spends day and night in the student council room conducting "love research"! Because Maki asked her to, Riko becomes the student council president's assistant, engaging in love research and practice with Maki every day. Also joining them is the shy student council secretary, Suzune Tanihashi (voiced by Yuuki Takada), who often hides away and has become a fairy-like presence. After resolving their conflicts with Maki, the former student council president, Yuki Enomoto (voiced by Ayane Sakura), and the former treasurer, Sairi Mizushima (voiced by Yoko Ohtaka), also join the "Love Research Institute." The five uniquely different girls then embark on their love research activities!
