"Workplace Turnaround" is adapted from the novel of the same name by Li Huilin. The director Zheng Jihyun, who previously directed "Band-Aid," personally rewrote the script and directed the film, featuring a talented cast including the skilled actor Jung Jai-young, rising star Park Bo-young, veteran actors Woo Da-choo, Bae Seung-woo, and Ryu Deok-hwan. The movie tells the growth story of a sports news department reporter who battles alone at the interview scene. In the film, Park Bo-young plays the rookie intern reporter "Du Lixi," who, while covering entertainment events, gets caught up in the whirlpool of news and gradually matures. Jung Jai-young plays Park Bo-young's superior "He Jae-gwan," a "time bomb" in the entertainment department that could "explode" at any moment. Fans are eagerly anticipating the sparks that will fly between the two in their collaboration. Du Lixi (played by Park Bo-young) represents the fresh graduates, struggling to survive in a battlefield-like workplace, but repeatedly causing trouble due to her lack of experience. She dreams of becoming a successful career woman, shouting the slogan that with enthusiasm, you can have everything; however, the reality is that she messes up everything she touches. Du Lixi starts her job as an intern reporter, thinking that entering the company would lead to a smooth life, but she encounters a boss (played by Jung Jai-young) who is like a "time bomb." On her first day at work, she is assigned to go out for coverage, and with no knowledge, she stumbles her way through, facing unexpected difficulties that make her consider quitting.
