The story takes place in the city of "Eltaria," where priceless treasures from all over the world converge. The Harvest Festival is about to commence, attracting merchants and tourists from various regions, and the entire city is engulfed in a sea of joy and excitement. It is said that when the festival reaches its peak, a spectacular scene of meteors will fill the sky. Resta (voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto) is an item master belonging to the Oasis adventure group. One day, he receives an invitation from his childhood friend Karina (voiced by Tamiko Yamashita) to visit the festival street still under construction. There, they encounter a street performer named Anies (voiced by Kaori Mizuhashi) who claims to be the world's number one doll master, and a temple knight named Celusi (voiced by Ami Imai), who serves as a guard for the festival.
