The story takes place in the "Ten-Year Black Class" of the Star Academy, a mysterious group composed of twelve elite assassins. This time, the reason for their gathering is a plain girl named Ichinose Haru (voiced by Kanemoto Hisako), who has become the common target of these twelve cold-blooded killers. Despite being the focus of their threat, Haru remains confident; her only ideal is to survive until graduation day. Tohto (voiced by Suwa Ayaka) is one of the twelve assassins and one of the most senior members. However, her icy demeanor gradually melts as she is drawn to Haru’s optimism and cheerfulness, transforming her murderous intent into love, ultimately becoming Haru's protector. Can Tohto protect Haru from the threat posed by the other eleven former teammates? And who is so determined to take Haru's life?
