The town of Walock is troubled by a gang made up of villains. Thus, the local residents hire the famous tough guy, Brester, as the lawman. Brester's arrival also brings his friend Tom Morgan, a gambler who often hangs around the club. Morgan is responsible for taking care of Brester's daily needs. However, among the various townsfolk, one of the villains, Johnny Cannon, starts a rivalry with Brester for the position of sheriff; meanwhile, a woman arrives in town, accusing Brester and Morgan of murdering her fiancé... This sets the stage for a complex moral conflict.
