The film is based on the life of Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple Inc., vividly and accurately portraying the tumultuous and legendary life of this computer industry icon and entrepreneur. After dropping out of college, Jobs (played by Ashton Kutcher) began to focus on self-discovery and exploration. He later teamed up with like-minded friend Wozniak (played by Josh Gad) to co-found Apple Computer, which initially garnered tremendous success. However, over time, the differences between Jobs and Wozniak grew, and ultimately, in an irreconcilable situation, Jobs angrily left, taking with him a group of talented individuals and establishing NeXT Company. In 1997, the poor business situation of Apple put it on the brink of bankruptcy, and at that moment, Job's high-profile return brought a glimmer of hope and a chance for the company's future.
