Kurihara Marine (voiced by Wakaki Anami) is a very kind high school student. Because she is slightly better than others in every aspect, Marine’s high school life isn’t that smooth; people around her always keep their distance, making her feel very lonely. In an accident, Marine encounters an incident and is reincarnated into another world. She makes a wish to the gods, hoping to become an ordinary girl with all her stats at average. Soon in this new world, she befriends a group of friends, including the tsundere girl Rena (voiced by Tokui Sora), who is outwardly harsh but honest; the knight Melvis (voiced by Uchida Shiriko), who is often mistaken for a man; and the petite and gentle Perin (voiced by Tazawa Masumi). Over time, Marine gradually discovers that having absolutely average stats turns out to be an advantage for her.
