In the year 228 of the Revolutionary Era, E.U. Alliance coalition major Leila Malcarl (voiced by Sakamoto Maaya) and lieutenant Akide (voiced by Iuno Miyu) escape danger in Paris and recruit Japanese boys Naruse Kouya (voiced by Matsuoka Yoshitsugu), Sayama Ryu (voiced by Hino Satoshi), and Kouzaka Ayano (voiced by Hinata Sayaka) from Area 11, who attempted to kidnap General Jean Smeilass (voiced by Ishizuka Unsho).
