The war between the E.U. Alliance and the Britannian Empire has yet to reach its decisive moment, while internally, both sides are quietly undergoing a transformation that could trigger serious chain reactions. The flamboyant and arrogant Julius Kingsley (voiced by Jun Fukuyama), accompanied by Suzaku Kururugi (voiced by Takahiro Sakurai), has taken command on the front lines, rising above all the nobles and ministers of the Britannian Empire. Amid the tumultuous power struggles, the leader of the Order of Saint Michael, Shin Shuga Shainudo (voiced by Masaya Matsukaze), hides in the shadows, waiting for the right moment to act. On the opposing side, a revolutionary organization known as the "Ark Fleet" threatens to launch terror attacks, inciting riots in Paris under E.U. control, while opposing military factions stir in the background.
