Heine (voiced by Kei Ueda) has a petite frame and an adorable appearance. As a completely ordinary person, he lacks a distinguished background and has not received any higher education, yet unexpectedly he is chosen to become the "Royal Tutor." His task is to select and nurture talent from four distinctly different princes to become candidates for the throne.
