Four young men, Ka Kui (played by Huang Jiaju), Zi Qiang (played by Huang Jiaqiang), Shi Rong (played by Ye Shirong), and Guanzhong (played by Huang Guanzhong) form a band and are deeply passionate about music, but each of them has their own dreams. Shi Rong is deeply in love with his girlfriend Ma Li (played by Wang Fei), but his future father-in-law, a medical professor named Jiajian, disapproves of him pursuing music and stubbornly insists that Shi Rong study medicine instead; Guanzhong aspires to be a police officer but struggles with his physical fitness, relying on his sincerity to impress the police examiner and starting off as an inconspicuous traffic inspector; Ka Kui's family hopes to immigrate to the United States to open a restaurant, so they embark on a money-making competition, with Ka Kui juggling multiple jobs and being constantly busy; Zi Qiang, newly entering the workforce, is filled with ambition and believes he can become a top agent through hard work. The four young men strive for their ideals while encountering numerous obstacles and deceit along the way. Will their dreams come true?
