Kanade Amamiya (voiced by Souma Ishihara) is an ordinary high school student who, by chance, is discovered by the extremely popular idol Mr. Mikagami and joins his idol agency. With almost no knowledge of the activities that idols will engage in, Kanade is reluctantly pushed onto the stage. Alongside Kanade in idol training are the composed and seemingly indifferent but actually very warm-hearted actor Shin Oikawa (voiced by Takuya Komaguchi), the self-absorbed yet idol-like Junya Sasaki (voiced by Kentaro Tomita) who tends to overlook others' feelings, the gentle yet immensely powerful Izuki Katagiri (voiced by Masaki Ohta), and the petite and adorable Chizuru Sawamura (voiced by Iku Makisaki) with her innocent and cheerful personality.
