Nikaidou Natsuki (voiced by Yui Horie) is a true heiress who has been spoiled since childhood, lacking the skills to interact with her peers, and gradually develops a character marked by low self-esteem and negativity. Seizing the opportunity of advancing her studies, she finally breaks free from her parents' restraints and moves into a shared housing filled with various tenants. On the day of her move, she narrowly escapes a car accident, and in a critical moment, a handsome guy (voiced by Takahiro Sakurai) appears just in time, not only saving her life but also giving her a stern lecture. Natsuki falls for him at first sight, and just as she grapples with her feelings, she discovers that this handsome guy actually lives under the same roof. In a moment of impulse, she confesses her feelings to him, only to find out that this good-looking guy, who is 173 cm tall, is actually an elementary school student! The romance story between the high school heiress and the amazing elementary school student known as "Monster" in Class 5-1, Takahashi, officially begins.
