Young businessman Kumar Shivram Kash unexpectedly ends up married three times (due to a dying wish, betrayal by a friend, and gang pressure), taking three wives. To avoid being discovered, he hides his three clueless wives in a building on the fourth, sixth, and eighth floors, splitting his name into Shiv, Ram, and Kash to deal with them. To make matters worse, he has a beloved girlfriend (who calls him Kumar, thankfully his name is long enough), and he can't bear the thought of not marrying her.
