Southern Hero Chan Ciu (Lin Wei) is awarded the title of "Imperial Cat." The Golden Haired Rat Bai Yu Tang (Li Zhi Xi) feels discontented and sneaks into the palace to challenge Chan Ciu. Although he falls into a trap, he manages to escape unharmed. The emperor, impressed by Bai Yu Tang's exceptional martial arts and spirit, pardons his crime. Bao Zheng intends to win back the Five Rats for the court and sends Chan Ciu to visit Xian Kong Island. Meanwhile, upon returning to Xian Kong Island, Bai Yu Tang is teased by his four sworn brothers: the Flying Rat Lu Fang, the Ground Rat Han Zhang (Zheng Hao Nan), the Mountain Rat Xu Qing (Fang Zhong Xin), and the Tumbling Rat Jiang Ping. Additionally, he is mocked by female swordsman Ding Yue Hua. Determined to stick up for justice, he sets off for Tokyo. Chan Ciu follows Bai Yu Tang and sneaks into the residence of the master Pang, helping him create chaos in the mansion. Master Pang, driven by greed, dispatches his subordinates to recruit the Five Rats for his own use. Lu Fang and the other four rats, feeling that Bao Zheng and Chan Ciu are noble, express their loyalty, but Bai Yu Tang stubbornly refuses to comply and steals the imperial sword instead…
