The cold and indifferent Rokujō Natsuharu (voiced by Rie Kugimiya), appears to be just an ordinary high school student, but within him lies the strongest secret art of the ninja world, "Shinra Banshō." This ability has attracted the attention of many in the ninja world, prompting a collective move by the Iga ninja clan, who vow to take Natsuharu back to unlock the secrets within him. Meanwhile, Natsuharu's English teacher, Kumohei (voiced by Daisuke Namikawa), and his classmate Aizawa Koichi (voiced by Satoshi Hino) are ninjas from the "Manten" and have been assigned the task of protecting Natsuharu's safety.
